It may not seem like much, but one of my great joys, and routines is to print out Frank Rich, Bob Herbert, Tom Friedman and Maureen Dowd from The New York Times and read them before going to bed….generally Rich and Dowd on Saturday nights. No he’s gone, as is Bob Herbert, for what ever reasons they state. Rich is on to New York Magazine and Herbert to forward his progressive agenda and write a book.
I’m a bit sad about that now…but people do move on I suppose.
